The Fund for the Encouragement of Export Marketing (HaKeren Le'Idud HaShivuk L'Hul) is a joint program of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor and the Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute designed to encourage Israeli companies' export efforts through channeling financial assistance for marketing activities. It was discontinued in 2003 due to government budget cuts, but is expected to re-emerge as a guaranteed loan program.
