Trendlines names Haim Brosh interim CFO
Haim Brosh, our company controller, has been named interim CFO effective 30 June 2018. This announcement was made due to Gabi Heller’s decision to step down as CFO and joint company secretary.
Gabi is leaving Trendlines in the coming months to pursue other interests. She will remain at Trendlines until 10 October 2018 to facilitate the smooth handover of the position and to ensure an orderly transition. She has served Trendlines as CFO since 2010, playing an instrumental role in the continuing growth of the Company, in the Company’s public listing in Singapore in 2015, and in solidifying its financial strength and global operations.
Trendlines Chairman and CEO Steve Rhodes stated, “Gabi has been a valued member of our management team for eight years, contributing greatly to the success of our business. On behalf of myself, the Board, and the Company, I would like to thank her for her work in our behalf. She has helped strengthen virtually every aspect of our operations, our procedures, and our financial reporting.”
Gabi notes, “After eight years at Trendlines, including making the transition from a private company to a publicly listed company, and with the Company in a strong financial position, I believe it is the right time for me to enter the next chapter of my career.” She continued, “I’m proud to have been part of Trendlines’ achievements during the past eight years. I leave the Company both financially and operationally strong at an extremely exciting time in its development. I enjoyed my time with the Company and feel privileged to have been part of the Trendlines family. I would like to thank my team for their outstanding support and look forward to seeing Trendlines continue to grow and deliver value to its shareholders.”
Trendlines’ Board of Directors named Haim Brosh as interim CFO while the process of naming Gabi’s permanent replacement moves forward. Haim is a CPA in Israel and has acted as Trendlines’ controller since 2014.
