AgroScout – Digital Marketing Manager

AgroScout is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support our portfolio companies’ various marketing needs.

We are a young Ag-Tech company that moves fast and is looking for someone eager to learn and passionate to deliver who is a results-oriented candidate.

In this role you will report to our VP of Sales and marketing and be responsible for:

  • Owning A-Z efforts for social media, newsletters, and additional channels to reflect our brand voice.
  • HubSpot owner – managing and executing all data and campaign HubSpot materials – from forms, filters, and workflows to database maintenance.
  • Tracking competitors, promoting products, and performing a comprehensive analysis of all campaigns.
  • Writing engaging content and producing sales and marketing promotional materials.
  • Creating, writing, and producing marketing materials for conferences and exhibition booths.
  • Working closely with designers, UI/UX developers and other relevant vendors and engaging with global sales team.
  • Managing an expanding marketing team.



Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a fast-moving SAAS based company.
  • Experience in successful campaigns within North and South America – a must.
  • Experience in leading and managing paid campaigns on multiple advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram) – a must.
  • English Speaker – preferred, High level of Spanish – an advantage.
  • Loves creating and maintaining organized, efficient marketing systems.
  • Solid working knowledge of all things automation. HubSpot – forms, filters, workflows, database.
  • Proven success with email/landing page campaigns, integration with HubSpot, reports/ analysis.
  • Incredibly organized, detail oriented, and have a project management/systems mindset.
  • Excellent communicator (written & verbal).
  • Creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
