Singapore-based, AFIC leverages our rich knowledge base and the growing start-up scene to transform Singapore into the key agritech hub in the Asia Pacific region, creating better ag and food solutions for tomorrow. To fulfil this mission, we work closely with stakeholders in government agencies, corporate and academic research institutions.

Low-risk environment encouraging start-ups to experiment with their business idea

Incubator Track

Identifies unique market opportunities and develops business strategies to testbed near-market technologies for commercialization
Aggregates the expertise of our in-house business development team with technological support from strategic partners & our Innovation Labs team

Market Entry Program

Promotes the exchange of ideas and accelerates R&D by attracting commercialization-stage companies to establish their presence in Singapore
Allows companies to break into Asian markets while facilitating the growth and uptake of agrifood tech across the region

3i Agrifood Accelerator Program

  • Annual 12-week program
  • Develops early-stage agrifood start-ups via workshops and dedicated mentorship to bring their ideas to market
  • Workshops cover branding, product development, storytelling, and pitching
  • Access to strategic partners and equity-free funding support of SGD$10,000

Republic Polytechnic – Trendlines Accelerator Program 

  • First-of-a-kind collaboration between academia and venture capital
  • AFIC contributes industry know-how and networks while Republic Polytechnic provides academic research expertise and incubation facilities
  • Provides students & alumni an opportunity to learn about the Singaporean agrifood landscape and tap into a wide pool of resources to jumpstart their entrepreneurial journey

EntrePass Partner

AFIC is an appointed EntrePass Partner.

An initiative under Startup SG, EntrePass is a work pass aimed to support foreign founders in establishing innovative tech or venture-backed start-ups in Singapore.
