Trendlines is thrilled to announce that it has won two top awards at the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (“SIAS”) Investors’ Choice Awards 2024.
Trendlines was named winner for both the Singapore Corporate Governance Award for Diversity as well as the Shareholder Communications Excellence Award in the Small Cap category. This marks the second year in a row that Trendlines has been recognized by SIAS, receiving the Most Transparent Company Award for 2023.
The SIAS Investors’ Choice Awards recognizes and rewards companies, brokerages and journalists in Singapore for their excellence and impact in areas such as investor education, corporate governance, transparency, shareholder communications and sustainability for the benefit of the entire investor community.
The Singapore Corporate Governance Award encourages listed companies to be accountable to shareholders by adopting high levels of corporate governance and corporate sustainability performance. The Shareholder Communications Excellence Award encourages listed companies to adopt high levels of investor-relation practices so as to engage shareholders in a frequent, timely and comprehensive and transparent manner, to help investors understand businesses and make informed decisions.
Our Management and Board are committed to upholding high standards of corporate governance. Having a diversity policy is not merely a statement, but something we actively practice. Our Board is headed by a woman and has a female representation of 60%, underpinning our commitment to gender diversity and inclusivity. As an Israeli company traded in Singapore, we make sure to have representation from both countries. Our communication with shareholders has always been of utmost importance. Full, timely, comprehensive and consistent disclosures and communication serve to build trust and foster accountability with all of our stakeholders – shareholders, portfolio companies, employees and Limited Partners. During this challenging year in Israel, open and regular communication has been more important than ever. We are extremely pleased to be recognized by SIAS for our efforts in these two important areas.
